Not happy with this , why so much death ??!! A Season 2 , Please , only if there are Force ghosts .

People would wait 3 years standing on one foot if the shows got better. As a huge fan of the Ahsoka character, they did no justice to the live action version and ruined so many things. We waited 20+ to see Obi-Wan & Boba Fett return, and it was the worse story writing in SW history. There's nothing good about breaking canon and rewriting it only to tell a really bad story. If you want some good stories, read the Ahsoka novel or either of the Thrawn trilogies. If you only know who Thrawn is because of the TV show, watch the Rebels or read any of the books. You'll find the only thing they have in common is that his species is Chiss and he's a Grand Admiral. Arguably one of the best SW villains, the TV show seems to forget that he's a cold, calculated, tactical genius and portrays him as making dumb arrogant decisions. He's a character that deserves his own movie trilogy or a proper 2-3 season show based around his rise and fall. Instead he's most likely going to be a throw away bad guy that Ashoka and the gang have to take down over the course of 2 hours using Obi-Wan & Boba Fett story writing. Remember Ray Stevenson (Baylan) passed away. They have to either rewrite any future story ideas they had for him or write his whole story ark out. It's possible they recast the character and go in a different direction. You never know with Disney. They might do some sort of offscreen death or crazy transformation using the force, and bring him (or they/them) back as Dathomir Nightsister. If it doesn't make sense, Disney will try it.

What is dismaying is the growing length of time between seasons. All these streaming services are going to have to be better. No one wants to wait 18 months or longer for the next release date!

This can be 9 film movie and I bet be a lot more interesting then the last 3 and potentially what Disney is trying to make..

I think the real problem is they are not letting artist make shows with the Star wars name they are letting activists make shows and it's not working.

Star Wars is dead. How are people who openly hate a franchise's source material put in charge of writing for that franchise? This is what killed Witcher, the Silmarillion, Marvel, and now it's killed Star Wars, just to name a few. As an author, I find this as a very big problem. Stealing someone's life's work and twisting it to fit your own agenda and make you money is a horrible thing to do. Not respecting source material shows a lack of integrity, and it's crazy that its become socially acceptable. Star Wars is dead, and if you like it and are defending it at this point, then you are clearly nothing more than a mindless consumer sheep, and this problem keeps happening because of YOU. Let's stop this culture war and get back to respecting source material, and valuing good escapism and immersive storytelling.

There are good ideas, the problem is there are too many behaviors, dialogs... which dont make any sense or are immediately contradicted. Makes it feel like they so much wanted to include certain scenes in the scenario that they had to bend simple logic to reach there. Not counting the cringy scenes and the kill bill like combat. Overall, it was a very irriating show.

Thanks for being a positive voice. This is a good show. These same folks hated Andor as well, and now all of a sudden some of them changed their tune. Kinda lame that others just want to continue to crap on anything Star Wars just for reasons that doesn’t make sense.
